Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the VisionFX Sniper platform ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "you") and VisionFX Sniper. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

VisionFX Sniper provides AI-powered algorithmic trading bot software available for one-time purchase and lifetime license. Our bots operate by connecting to your designated exchange accounts via API keys with trading permissions. Specifically:

  • We provide software, not managed investment services
  • We do not hold, manage, custody, or control your funds at any time
  • We do not guarantee trading outcomes, profits, or returns
  • All trading activity occurs in your personal exchange account under your sole authority
  • We are a software technology provider, not a financial institution or investment advisor

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading in financial instruments — including cryptocurrencies, forex, equities, futures, and derivatives — involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using our software.

  • Past performance shown in backtests or live results does NOT guarantee future results
  • Algorithmic trading can result in significant losses, including total loss of capital
  • Market conditions, exchange outages, API failures, and network issues can affect bot performance
  • VisionFX Sniper bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through the use of our bots

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made on VisionFX Sniper are subject to the following conditions:

  • All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD)
  • Payment is processed securely via Paystack (a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor)
  • Upon successful payment, you receive a lifetime, non-transferable, single-user license for the purchased bot
  • Your license grants you the right to run the bot on your own accounts only
  • Lifetime updates are included within the same major version of the product
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; existing licenses are unaffected

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you agree that the product has been delivered digitally and acknowledge our refund policy terms.

5. License Grant and Restrictions

VisionFX Sniper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software for personal, non-commercial trading purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from our software
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer your license to any third party
  • Use the software to develop competing products or services
  • Share, distribute, or publicly post bot configuration files, strategies, or proprietary algorithm parameters
  • Run the bot simultaneously on multiple accounts belonging to different individuals without separate licenses
  • Use the Service for money laundering, market manipulation, or any illegal financial activity

6. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to license restrictions, you agree not to engage in the following conduct while using our platform:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or any malicious code into our platform
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from our platform without authorization
  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent support requests
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or other users
  • Using the Service in any jurisdiction where algorithmic trading is prohibited by law

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your VisionFX Sniper account and all exchange API keys configured with our bots. You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available
  • Never share your account credentials or API keys with third parties
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Only configure API keys with trading-only permissions (never withdrawal permissions)

VisionFX Sniper shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisionFX Sniper, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any trading losses, financial losses, or loss of profits
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages
  • Loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill
  • Damages arising from exchange API failures, outages, or changes in exchange policies
  • Any actions taken by third-party services (exchanges, payment processors) in connection with your account

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of our Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property on the VisionFX Sniper platform are owned exclusively by VisionFX Sniper and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your license to use our software does not grant you any ownership rights over our IP. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and license at our sole discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases
  • Your license to use any purchased software is revoked
  • No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from Terms violations
  • You remain liable for any outstanding obligations incurred prior to termination

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service should first be submitted to our support team for good-faith resolution. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. If mediation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
