By accessing or using the VisionFX Sniper platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
VisionFX Sniper provides AI-powered algorithmic trading bot software. Our bots connect to your designated exchange accounts via API keys with trading permissions only. We do not hold, manage, or have custody of your funds at any time.
3. Risk Disclaimer
Trading in financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. Algorithmic trading does not guarantee profits. Past performance of any bot or strategy does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Please read our full Risk Disclosure.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are one-time payments in USD. Upon successful payment, you receive a lifetime license for the purchased bot. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, resell, or distribute our software; use the Service for illegal activities; share your license with unauthorized third parties; attempt to circumvent our security measures.
6. Limitation of Liability
VisionFX Sniper and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, consequential damages, or financial losses arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
